After all the drilling it was the standard deburr and clean up. Mostly the stainless deburred all right but the large holes for the Southco studs were very ragged and hard to smooth out.  The material dimpled very easily however, and my smaller die worked perfectly for the small rivets that hold the Southco fasteners in place.

Then it was time to start riveting.  There is a mixture of flush and round head rivets, plus the plans call out very specific sides of the assembly that the rivets are to go on.  You just have to pay attention.  I actually partially riveted the filler box together before even clecoing it to the the upper firewall.
