I used my router for the first time to put the slot in the two phenolic pieces in the second picture.  I will use it to put the same two slots in 1/8” aluminum angle as well.  There are also four pieces of large angle stock that I will use a quarter round bit on as well.
      I got the broken pneumatic cleco tool apart.  The first picture shows the broken sleeve. I have a replacement sleeve on order and will rebuild the tool when it gets here.
