I started with the hinge halves. Since I will use my hinge drilling jig, I have to mark a two inch area that will not be drilled using the jig. There is a special pattern in that area. The other 35 holes in each hinge piece are drilled in the jig. Here is my drilling jig in use. From the time stamp on the pictures, it took about 8 seconds per hole (about 70 on two pieces) a real time saver. The last picture is the finished hinge halves with the special pattern drilled.
