OK.  Here is all the stock for making the aileron.  Note the small gray rectangle in the center.  That is a block of lead used as a counterweight to balance the ailerons.  I have to cut that piece in half on the diagonal.  Most of the rest of the pieces are preformed in the kit for this section.  I just have to fab small clips from the angle, cut the lead, cut and pilot drill the hinge and cut the aileron skins to shape.

    I started with the hinge halves.  Since I will use my hinge drilling jig, I have to mark a two inch area that will not be drilled using the jig.  There is a special pattern in that area.  The other 35 holes in each hinge piece are drilled in the jig.
