I was disheartened by my lack of fiberglass skills in the last log.  I clearly have the basics down but the issues surround paint prep. It has taken me two weeks to do what should have been about four days of work, and that’s after deciding to skip some of the more pure cosmetic items I had in mind.

I got started on fixing the vertical stab tip, which has had the leans since I installed it way back when.  I split the top and clamped the pieces in a new position as shown in the first picture.  The next two pictures show some of the material and tools I am using.  I prepped two pieces of glass and laid them over the seam.  So far so good.
