The next wiring hurdle was to make up the lower four spark plug wires.  The upper plug wires are integral to the magnetos and come with the ends and boots attached. The engine kit supplies you with four long plug wires with both ends made up.  One end needs a minor modification that is shown in the first two pictures.  You bend the end to 90°.  I clamped the end into the vice and bent it with a hammer. I used a spark plug end with a screw in it to prevent the end from distorting and also being able to then remove it easily with the screw.

Step two is to fit the plug and run it to the appropriate coil and cut the wire to length.  Then you have to make up an end that will go in the ignition coil.  You trim around the center conductor and then bend it back over the wire. Slide on the connector and crimp.
