The first two pictures show the rear and side baffle pieces again and this time the right side rear plug wire and CHT wire leads. Note that the intake tubes have been reinstalled. I made a hole large enough to get them through easily but small enough to block with some rubber stripping that will form a grommet like seal.
Unseen in the top two pictures is the oil cooler which has also been reinstalled. With that in place it is time to make the oil lines that run from it to the oil pump. After cutting the hose with my Dremel cut off wheel, I feed it into the red hose fitting. The tape around the fitting is just to keep it from getting marred in the vice. It takes some force but it goes in fairly easily. The last picture shows the rubber right up against the inner wall of the hose fitting.
