I cut the sheet I had done the test polish on to make this part. It is the elevator trim tab. I formed it, also had to modify the hinge halves and then put it together.
All done… The next two pieces are the left and right root rib clips. They are made from 1/8” thick 2” angle stock. I cut them on my miter saw and then had to bend them in the vice. Thick stuff, had to really whack it with the hammer! They came out great. I then had to chamfer one of the edges. I rounded them to sit nice in the radius of the angle they attach to.
