With the pieces for the Stab finished I started fabricating the elevator skins. Here they are during cutting, with a view showing how they attach to the drive horn (they are upside down when you see the drive horn arm sticking up).
I then started to assemble the drive horn assembly. The ribs still need to be finished by drilling the remaining holes.
