Then, as shown in the first picture, I made it again!!! There were two measurements I was changing and I mixed them up when laying out the piece and cut it wrong. I didn’t notice until I test fitted the square tube.
I took the first picture because I had just discovered that two of the holes in the second piece were drilled wrong!!! I got my offsets for the radius holes on the wrong side of the lines. A few wasted hours and $12 for a new piece of angle big enough to make two in case I screwed it up a third time and pictures two, three and four are the result.
