The dust shield, axle nut and cotter pin have been installed in the first two pictures and the wheel pants are on in the last two pictures.  Everything looks and feels pretty good.

That pretty good is with one caveat.  Even though I bought the machined brake drums, I found that the wheel assembly does not turn perfectly true.  I believe they are as as good as can be with the cast wheels but they do rub against the brake pads a small amount during a small portion of their rotation.  I believe the machined drums are a nicer product but with the cast wheels, I believe a perfectly true rotation will be hard to come by.  I worked hard at it but could not achieve it.
