With the panel back in place, I removed the glare shield and tank and did some more prep work.  With the molded tank, only the tank support straps need to have felt applied to them.  Kathy had some scrap felt that fit the bill.  I also slightly repositioned the clamp on the comm. antenna lead so it wouldn’t interfere with an opening in the glare shield for the GPS antenna leads.  The last two pictures show torque seal on all of the nuts in the forward fuselage area.
