The first picture shows the removal of the fuel line with a mark for cutting. It has been cut, flared and installed in the second picture. The fuel probe can also be seen installed in the second picture.

With the fuel probe and fuel line installed, I now had a plumbed fuel system to the output port of the gascolator.  The third picture shows a small leak at the gascolator.  I hand tightened a temporary plug without any Teflon past - since this would be replaced - so I thought I might have a small leak there.  I had put a gallon of mineral spirits in the tank and I waited awhile to see if I had any other leaks.  Everything tested ok with the low head pressure so I moved on to the next steps.
