One of the reasons for delay is that as I was going through ordered items I found that not everything worked as I had expected.  The first picture is an example. I am going to illuminate the panel with these two LED floodlights. They each have two white and two red LED’s.

I expected to run them through the dimmer pictured alongside them with one dimmer being for the red lights and one for the white. These lights however come with a common power feed and separate grounds instead of the other way around. And since they are LE Diodes, I can’t just hook them up backwards like I could with a light bulb. That’s nuts. I have come up with a solution involving a switch and a different connection to my radio and Xpdr dimming circuits that is acceptable.

The second picture shows a tool that is one of my favorite kind. The just hit hard with a heavy hammer and smash it kind.  It is used to make crimps on heavy duty wire.  The pictures below show a lug I attached to a 6AWG wire.
