After the first drilling was a careful updrilling scheme that included countersinking for the 1/4” mounting screws. I took all the holes to the black cleco size, which is 5/32”. I then did one hole at a time by drilling to 3/16”, countersinking, updrilling to 1/4” and then installing the screw. They are all done in the last two pictures.
