As of the last post, most holes were at least to pilot size but not all.  I still had pieces to add and more pilot drilling. The first two pictures show two small spar tunnel clips that needed to go on.

The rest of the pictures show the finishing of the spar tunnel. Some pilot holes and then all holes drilled to final size.
