There are four motor mount angles that nest in the 1” longeron angle. They need their sharp corner rounded over with a 1/8” radius. I have a router and bit so I looked for a cheap router table but never found one. I borrowed my Dad’s and put four really nice edges on. It seems like overkill, but if you have a router, this is the way to do these pieces.
With those four done it was on to some smaller pieces. The two pieces laying down also needed the same rounding over, but because of the size of the pieces, I had to do them by hand. They look as nice as the machined ones.
