I’m making some nice progress again. After getting all the pieces cut to length the other day, it was time to remake the messed up pieces.

First up is the now long enough angles that need to have each side ripped narrower.  I rip them on the band saw and it leaves a ragged, slightly wavy cut.  I use the vixen file first and then go over it with a fine file and Scotchbrite wheel.

The first pictures shows a piece rough cut and another piece all finished.

Next up was the piece I drilled wrong. Do the fancy ends and I am officially caught up.
