Here was something different.  I could lift the piece out of the jig and set it on its side for access to even harder holes to drill.

      Although most of the visible holes I updrilled with the piece in this position were easy, that little compartment with the light in it at the rear had about 30 holes to pilot drill and then updrill.  And they where holes into 1/8” angle.

      In the final tiny compartment are two angle that attach with bolts to the vertical spar channel and with rivets to the upper and lower longerons. The last picture is part of the process of getting that done.  First clamp the angle to the longerons in position, and then drill the holes through the various pieces.  Almost 1/2” of metal there.
