Well, another big post. The last post ended with the side panels pilot drilled and with them propped in position with raw cross members.  A lot of work still needed to be done to finish the side panels.

First, they had to be updrilled, then…
      … deburred and cleaned up.  Which, for such large pieces, is no small task.

      Also, two of the remade fairleads now had to be attached to the vertical channels.
