After that scare, it was time to make the rest of the vertical channels. Three of these pairs are made from the same stock – shown in the first picture. They have all been finish cut to size.

The second picture shows the common end treatments.
      These two pictures show all the pieces with some additional large holes drilled and lined up with the Z vertical channel.  The smallest pair of channel is now done.
          The three middle pair all share the same pilot hole patterns along the top and another pattern along the bottom.  My templates are shown in the first picture and all the holes are drilled in the second.
              With the four fairleads remade and these vertical channels done. Another plans page is complete and off the parts go to the finished pile.
