I then repeated the same process with the aft ribs – no adjustments were needed on these before up drilling. Using the pilot holes in the spar web, I then drilled all the holes to the final size.  These two pictures show the start and finish of this process.

      The last sep was to mount the rear spar and adjust these if needed.  I thought I might have to do every one because the pilot holes in the rear spar are hand done be me, not machine done like the main spar.  I must of done them very accurately because no adjust was needed on any of these either.
