With all pieces drilled it’s time for the usual routine – deburr, scotchbrite, clean and reassemble.  These pieces are ready for reassembly and after reassembly, riveting.

      Ta da.  

      Here it is. You can see that it has some flex in it here.  I didn’t want it hanging around the shop like this for a long time, that’s why I waited to assemble it until it could be installed right away.  It is not fragile however, I probably didn’t have to worry about it.
