With the last piece getting finished I have a pile of five baffle pieces that are waiting to go back on the engine for good. However, there is a lot of work to do before I get there. Picture four shows one of the first steps to finishing the installation.
With the baffles off, I removed the manifold inlet. I also removed the plugs to remove the CHT sensors that were mounted under the plugs. Those are the the wires I mentioned on the first page and they are the old style senders and I am going to install the new style. The plugs have been re-torqued at this point.
