With the baffle aluminum fitted, I have to fit and install the baffle sealing material.  It is a ‘P’ shaped rubber strip. It is held to the main baffle structure with a backing plate. The first three pictures show the material in place and the fit with the cowling installed.

One strip down, more to go.  Also, notice the coils of wire in the picture, I will tell you why at the end of the log.
