Earlier I mentioned that I killed the voltage testing device. I also mentioned rework due to component failure.  Well, this is the device that failed. This is a two channel dimmer for LEDs and one of the channels failed after a few power cycles.

One good channel does me no good so I replaced it with two single channel devices that I could just squeeze in place.  The single channel units also have a metal mounting thread instead of the cheap plastic on the other unit.

I also had to replace the double pole switch for a narrower single pole version. The fit was very tight. I only used the double pole switch because I had one and I was short one of the single poles. The last picture is everything back in place and working correctly.
