After weeks of running wires to the panel, I still had to run wires from the fuse panel busses.  When most of that was done however, I could connect the big fat wire that comes from the master contactor to the fuse panel.  With that done the fuse panel holder could be fitted in place.

Prior to that I had taken off the main panel and drilled three small holes for the SPST switches that had the keyway opposite of what I had expected.  I then reinstalled those switches and torqued everything down.

These pictures show the panel after all of the above had been done. The last picture shows the scat tubing in place from the subpanel.
