This has been the most difficult by far.  The work is slow because all the pieces must align just right.  A lot of time is taken to square up and line up the layout, position and clamp the piece and then drill - if you can!

In order to drill this piece, it had to be clamped tight and then gently removed. Then drill, deburr, clean, rivet and reattach.  And guess what, I had to do it twice. I'll explain in the next pages.
      This is the other end of the piece above.  Note, the clamp it attaches too is riveted, not bolted, so this must be done in place. I pondered how to do this overnight.
