All the holes in the glare shield, other than the ones attaching the instrument panel, were then updrilled to final size, and then deburred.  I then riveted the clips to the glare shield.  The clips will remain un-riveted to the firewall for now.  The two fuel tank retaining clips will also be left un-drilled for now.
