Those rudder phenolic blocks will mount on an assembly that I have partially made. To finish them I had to take the .060 stock I cut and bend them.

This is my bending block for the hammer method. With my Dad’s router table I reworked it so that I have a short and long edge with 1/2”, 1/4”, 1/8” and 1/16” radii. These pieces took a 1/8” radius.
