So far not a bad few pieces.  The first picture shows all the cut pieces ready for pilot holes.

The second picture is where I start to get into the weeds.  See the marks for pilot holes? There are two groups and they didn’t seem to have enough room between them so I double checked the overall length and guess what, the angles are supposed to be 22 21/32” long –they are an inch short.

This looks like a simple piece but both sides of the angle have been ripped the whole length and took some time.  Two pieces of scrap

I was not happy and checked all the angle again and everything is the correct length.

So I took the next two pieces and marked them for drilling, drilled them and set them on the plans and realized that somehow, after marking up the guide lines for the holes, I must have flipped the pieces around so that when I marked the hole locations I measured from the wrong end.

The last picture shows the result. Two more pieces of time consuming scrap.
