Of course, to measure push rods, I had to have a rocker assembly already assembled. Taking a step back, the first picture shows a push rod kit.  These are the remaining parts for the second rocker assembly. The second picture shows the first assembled rocker. The rocker arms have to be positioned with shims added to get them all in the right place on the shaft.

Pictures two and three show various shims of different thickness.
