The first picture below shows the landing light through the hole. The second picture shows the plexiglass lens after I have cut it to size and am giving it its final fitting.
      This picture shows the lens in place. It still needs cleaning and finishing around the edges to prevent cracking.  The lens was completely covered in blue tape for most of the fitting to  protect it from scratching.
