Here are some more pictures of the flap and aileron. You can see the nice straight edge of the rear spar. When I had the aileron and flap sitting next to the frame, you could really see the bend in the spars.  Attaching the skins has taken that bend right out.

      In these two pictures you can see how the bottom edge of the aileron has a large gap between it and the rear spar. That is because the aileron moves up and down while the flap only moves down. (Remember, the wing is upside down)

      All that is left to do is updrill the flap hinge holes.
