Here are four pictures of the drilled wings with the 3/8” attach bolts in place with a bunch of washers standing in for the spar tunnel material. The firs picture shows the two spars bolted together. The second picture shows the 3/8” reamer I used to enlarge the 5/16” holes. The reamer has a 5/16” pilot that guides the reamer. The pictures show the spars still bolted together after the three 1/4’ alignment bolts have been removed.
