After the spacers I need to form the rib gussets.  These are supplied flat and need to be formed.  I have to mark them up and then make two bends in each. There are a total of 32 for the common ones (64 bends).  I use my oak pieces with one end having a 1/16” radius on it.  I just form them by hand.
      This series of pictures shows the forming process.  Hit with hammer.
