And all the flush rivets are done. I should actually say that all the flush rivets that I can reach with the rivet gun are done.  One angle piece attaches in a way that makes access to the rivets with the gun impossible.  I will wait until later and do these with the bolt.

The second picture is my secret weapon for good rivets.  Using full trigger pressure for a specific length of time with a stable air pressure seems to be the key.  To get the timing correct I’m using my old metronome.  I set it for 120 beats per minute and then count four four time as needed.  All the rivets are the same diameter but the longer ones need more time to form.  All the rivets set between 3 beats and four beats which is 1.5 to 2 seconds with a 3x gun.
