Before the final bends and trimmings I fitted the exhaust. I have to do this anyways to trim the ends off of the extension pieces. Then the exhaust will be reinstalled with gaskets. With the exhaust pipes in place I could do the final trimming and bending.
The third picture shows the cut out pieces that back up the baffle seal material. Having given the bandsaw back to my dad, I made the cuts out at his house. He was done with it so I brought it back to the shop. The last picture shows the beginning of attaching the baffles. I drilled pilot holes in the rear baffle piece and into the case. Then I used self tapping screws to secure it.
