Through out the process I wrestled with the build order. Some people have talked about fitting the bows after the canopy was cut and the Sonex video shows a wooden template to hang the aft edge of the canopy on. I went ahead and fitted the bows and used the aft bow to support the trimming process. I was unsure of when to do the cross piece and decided to do it as well. I had a very minor change in the bow that I could still correct so it was a fine thing to do. That is shown in the bottom pictures.
