The first picture shows how the canopy tubes connect.  There are four welded pieces in the kit that are inserted at each corner and link the tubes together.

In the second picture I have inserted a trim piece between the bow and the windscreen.  It will stick out beyond the windscreen and go under the canopy.  If you look close in this picture you can see a trim line for the aft edge of the windscreen.

I then took the windscreen off for final trimming and had access again to the glare shield and fuselage side skins. I made some final adjustments to the bend lines and also installed Velcro to both of the GPS antennas to secure them to the glare shield.
