I also marked off some more plans pages with the completion of the gear, In the first picture, the only items left are the canopy installation page and the fairing installation. The second picture shows the engine and cowling pages yet to do.
Today I worked on the windscreen. The aft bow has been fitted in the first picture and the windscreen material has been set in place. This bow is solid half inch round rod and I had to finish the bends. It came roughly bent but I had to put the finishing touches in. I made up this little bending form in the second picture out of scrap hardwood. I also laid out some lines on the table to line the bow up with.
