The first two pictures are of the simulated wire bundle I made and showed in an earlier post. The second two pictures show the fully populated wire bundle. The fit was excellent. If you have a good count of the number and gauge of the wires going through the firewall – include a couple of spares – then just make up a one inch long wire bundle, fit the correct grommet and you have your firewall hole size.
