After drilling the pilot holes, I used this step drill to enlarge the holes. I got pretty good holes, not perfect, but they cleaned up well with the file. The second picture shows the simulated wire bundle and grommet in place along with one of the cable safes. They will make for a very nice and secure firewall pass through.
After those holes, everything came off and it was time to drill all the nutplate mounting holes and enlarge the mounting holes to final size. That is in process in the last two pictures.
