I ended the last post with a paper mockup of the ground power mounting bracket.  Now I had to make one.

The first picture shows my unfolded mockup and a blank sheet of .032 material with cut lines and some initial cuts. There are some slight mods to the mockup but it is essentially the same. I then folded it up.
      The unit mounts to the bottom of the battery box and the firewall.  The first picture shows the unit after it has been pilot drilled and partially assembled – notice the two flush head rivets on the small flange. The second picture shows what I call the power source assembly.
