Next up, unfinished tail fairings. So far, whenever the plans called for a piece to be made that was not in the kit and the plans showed a full size template without measurements, I have traced or measured out the piece.  This is the first time I cut a plans page to use the drawing itself as a template.  Oh well, at the workshop, Jeremy said to just cut up the plans and drill into the table. Then he said, when you are done, the table should just be sawdust and the plans scrap! I found drilling into the table to be the right call. I don’t like cutting up the plans.

In the last picture the piece has just been rough cut and I am just starting to fit it into position. Behind it is another small fairing. There are two more small fairings that also have to be made for the rudder cables and flaps.
