Now it is back to the left side panel.  I have to mount the remaining two fairleads and then make a small fix.  When drilling the six 3/4” holes – one in each of the middle vertical channels – the spade bit went dancing on one and made a very crappy hole.

I made plate with a good hole and mounted it over the old hole.
