The first picture shows the mounting position of the gussets on their ribs. These ribs will have the rear flange cut off since these ribs mount to angles on the spar. The second picture is of the two, five hole patterns used for these gussets..
The first picture below shows the gussets pilot drilled and attached to the rib. The remaining holes will be match drilled from the pilot holes already drilled in the angle the rib attaches too. I won’t updrill these holes or rivet until the ribs are ready to be permanently attached. The last picture is another shot of the stack of right wing ribs with one more added to the pile.
