Today I finished drilling out all the holes outboard of the wing root rib attach angle to the final hole size. That is two sizes up from the pilot size hole for almost all of the holes. I put in and took out a lot of clecos over two hours. That was a trivial task for the compressor. After it pressurized, it never got to below the repress value before I was finished with it. The second shot shows the holes and clecos in virtually the same arrangement as the left spar. |
