Although I already had installed some rivets in the drive horn assemblies, this the first time I put together a finished piece. Once this was riveted together it was ready to be attached to a wing. So this was also the first time I experienced the joy of disassembly, deburr, dress all the edges and clean a large piece. That’s a lot of holes to deburr and the pieces mostly get bigger from here. The last picture shows the piece put back together and the area prepped for riveting.
