All the predrilled stuff fits perfectly. The first picture here shows the layers of material that stack up to form what is a nice thick beam.  These will sit back to back and form an I-beam in the fuselage almost 3/4” thick.

I also took the time to measure the spars and verify that when they are attached to each other the wing really will fit in the garage.

The second picture shows the bottom of the spar. Just left of the clamp is a notch.  The other spar will sit just behind this one and the two notches will meet.  It is 10’ 11” from the tip of the spar (and the wing) to the notch. That makes the wing span 21’ 10”.  That will leave me five inches of extra space!  Plenty of room.

Another picture that shows the layering in the precut hole and the perfect fit of all the pieces. The last picture gives and idea of how the ribs will attach.
